Your moments are personal.

Moment stores the account details you provide, your invitation content, and the guest replies submitted through your published invitations. We use this information to operate your invitation and guest dashboard.

Public invitations and private responses

Only a published, paid invitation can be viewed through a public invitation link. Guest contact details and responses are available to the invitation owner and authorized studio administrators. Guests do not need an account to reply. A private preview link can be shared by its owner and expires after 24 hours.

Payments and media

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Moment stores order and verification references, and does not store your card number. Uploaded photographs are resized, and embedded image metadata is removed from the versions served to guests. Uploaded media URLs can be viewed by anyone who has the URL; do not upload confidential documents.

Cookies and activity

We use an essential secure session cookie for sign-in and browser storage for drafts on your device. We record first-party activity such as template views and guest responses. Visitor identifiers are hashed with a daily value. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can update your account details, remove an invitation from your dashboard, revoke a preview link, or unpublish an invitation. Business and payment records may be retained for operational or legal requirements. Contact your studio operator for account deletion or data requests.

Operator configuration

Before commercial launch, the studio operator must provide its business identity, contact address, applicable retention periods, and any locally required privacy disclosures.
